UK Software Ltd. was incorporated in the UK in 1993 and, through sales of our flagship product, TranSearch, has since grown organically.

The growth in recent years has been exponential, fuelled by the ever increasing administrative demands of legislation and driven by compliance. The result is that we are in danger of being victims of our own success and not being able to keep pace with product demand. In order to manage this demand, we have decided to embark on a global partnership program.
