About TranSearch®
TranSearch is a multi-user enterprise software product which provides a comprehensive Windows or Web based filing system for the management of paper files/boxes/magnetic tapes etc.
TranSearch was
originally written for a major Public Sector organisation to manage their paper
files, which it has done for over 10 years. TranSearch is now used
in many different market sectors to track not only files and folders but many
other types of asset.
TranSearch is a barcode based, fully configurable and expandable system, designed to manage assets through their whole life cycle from creation / labelling / tracking / on-site storage / off-site storage through to destruction.
TranSearch links seamlessly with 3rd party archivist software to create a true “cradle to grave” solution for physical assets of any type.
FUTURE DEVELOPMENT
TranSearch is a progressive product and is constantly evolving.
The most recent Version has a new and exciting functionality – ADA (Associated
Document Archiving) which allows images to be linked to their physical counterpart,
stand separately and be recalled upon demand.
We also now offer a ‘Scan Back’ service. Future developments will include linking to one or two of the top EDRM packages available for total flexibility in meeting clients’ future physical/electronic image tracking.
All new versions will automatically be made available to our Licence Partners.
