How It Works
We will appoint 1 or 2 Partners in each country (occasionally more (e.g.) USA) to work with us.They will have the total exclusivity within their agreed territory to market TranSearch.
These Partners could be from a range of sectors - Records Management Consultants, Archivists, Business Software Resellers etc. They can market TranSearch as an ‘in-house’ product which will complement the service they offer.
With TranSearch, our Partners can promise true ‘Cradle to Grave’ tracking of assets – (i.e.) files/boxes/discs, etc …
WHAT PROGRAMMING EXPERTISE IS REQUIRED?
The response to this question can vary from ‘none’ to ‘loads’ depending
upon your own circumstances.We can offer as much or as little support as you/your
Clients require.
TranSearch is basically a very flexible program providing an ‘out of box’ solution. All screens are ‘drag ‘n drop’ and so can be designed on or off site without any knowledge of programming.
Installation is similarly straightforward and as part of the Program,
we will train your trainers to ‘train on’.If, however, your Clients
require interfaces to be written, then clearly you will either need expertise
in house to do this or we would offer
to assist you. Either way, we will provide a ‘Software Development Kit’ (SDK)
to enable interfaces to be written.
You, therefore, have total flexibility whether you provide this expertise ‘in house’ or use our team.
BRANDING
We are also flexible in our approach to ‘Branding’ and invite
you to register the product in your own chosen name.
We will assist you to completely repackage the product to your own design and corporate colours and logo.
COST
The level of Licence Fee is dependant upon the following criteria:-
- Discount required on Licence Cost.
- Share of Recurring Support Income (i.e.) Does Licence offer First Level Support Help Desk?
- Period of Licence
- Area Covered
GROSS MARGIN
The Gross Margin will depend on the factors above but is unlikely to be less than 60%.
